M body H acidity M+ alcohol Low soft tannins P intensity L finish . The gentle pressing and the mix of the artisan whole bunch/carbonic maceration gives to the wine intense and well defined fruit profile. The light tannins is not disturbing yet a rich the structure and make this wine perfect for ageing. Outstanding to drink now but interesting to see it in 5/7 years! A masterpiece! . A mention goes to the winery itself, born in 2018 by the joint venture of 2 young and visionary guys. They have only around 4 hectares of 30+ year old vineyards in biodynamic farming, do not use any oak but concrete vats and experimenting Trebbiano in anphora coming out next year with the 2020 vintage.
